1. The petitioner from perusal of the pleadings is reflected to be an employee of railway department. Since the department of railway is a notified establishment under the Administrative Tribunals Act, the proper forum for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner would be the concerned Central Administrative Tribunal.

2. In view of the same, the present writ petition would not be maintainable.

3. Reserving the right of the petitioner to approach the concerned Central
