(1) Present writ petition has been filed seeking relief for direction to the respondents for issuance of two advance increments to the petitioner after completion of B.Ed. Examination on his own expenses, during service.
(2) Learned counsel for the parties i.e. petitioner as well as respondents submits the issue involved in the instant writ petition has already been adjudicated upon by this Court in W.P. (S) No.4680/2014 {Hem Lal Sahu Vs. State of Chhattisgarh & others) decided on
30.10.2014.
(3) Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the respondents does not dispute the fact that nature of relief sought for by the petitioners is similar to W.P.(S) No.4680/2014 (4) Accordingly, accepting the submissions raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well respondents, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms of order rendered by this Court in W.P. (S) No.4680/2014, decided on 30.10.2014. However, the respondent No. 2, after due verification, if it finds that case of the petitioner is also identical to the petitioner in W.P. (S) No.4680/2014, shall pass appropriate order in favour of the petitioner within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
(5) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
