1. Petitioner's application for reinvestigation of his caste has been rejected by the Sub-Divisional Officer (R), Bilaigarh.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would seek permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to move appropriate application before the Sub-Divisional Officer (R), Bilaigarh for issuance of caste status certificate under the Chhattisgarh Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes (Regulation of Social Status Certification) Act, 2013.
3. Prayer allowed.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid. If such application is filed by the petitioner, the Sub-Divisional Officer (R), Bilaigarh shall decide the same in accordance with law, within reasonable time.
