This is second bail application filed u/s 439 Cr.P.C., for grant of temporary bail in connection with Crime No.97 of 2014 registered at P.S. Khamhariya, Distt. Bemetara (C.G) for the offence punishable u/s 302, 34 IPC.

It is stated that the marriage of applicant's brother namely Thanuram Sinha is scheduled to be held on 27th April, 2016, therefore, the applicant may be enlarged on bail only for two days on 27th and 28th April, 2016. A copy of the marriage invitation card is filed with the petition as Annexure A-3.

Learned State counsel do not oppose the prayer if the applicant is released on temporary bail

only for two days and he may be permitted to attend the marriage ceremony under the police custody.

Considering the limited prayer, it is directed that the applicant be released on temporary bail only for 27th and 28th April, 2016 on his furnishing a personal bond in sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in like sum to the satisfaction of the trial Court. He shall be accompanied by the police to attend the marriage ceremony under the custody and shall surrender before the Jail Authority on 29th April, 2016 before 04.00 p.m.
