1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Additional Commissioner, Raipur Division, Raipur, has passed order against
W.P.(C)No.117/2017 the petitioner and by virtue of that order, respondent No.1 is disturbing his possession.
2. Since the petitioner is claiming interference in his possession by respondent No.1 herein, he is at liberty to institute civil suit and also to make application for claiming temporary injunction.
3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
