Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, Shri Sudhir Kumar Bajpai, the learned counsel representing the Respondents submits that against the impugned order, the Respondent have preferred SLP before the Hon'ble Apex Court, which was dismissed in the month of October 2020. The Respondents have already computed the benefits for which the Review Petitioner is entitled. As the bank details of the Review Petitioner were not available with the Department, they have asked for

the bank account of the Review Petitioner vide letter dated 23.01.2021 and as soon as, the details of the bank account will be submitted, calculated amount will be deposited with the bank account of the Review Petitioner.

In view of the submission made from the part of the Respondents, we do not find that any further order is required in this case. The review petition stands disposed off.
