Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board 1 2/0 1 /201 (1) At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition

with liberty to approach before respondent No. 2 afresh. To which, counsel for the respondents have no objection. (2) Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, petitioner is permitted to withdraw this petition with the liberty as aforesaid.

(3) Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid.

(4) Needless to mention, in case, the petitioner is aggrieved by any order of respondent No. 2, his right for availing remedy shall remain open.
