This office reference has been made for correction of clerical error in the order dated 26-04-2019 passed by this Court in M.Cr.C. No. 9997 of 2018 (Virendra Kurre Vs. State of Chhattisgarh).

On perusal of the order aforementioned, it is found that in paragraph No.7 it is erroneously typed that the bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. is rejected, whereas, the said application was allowed by this Court. Therefore, the prayer made by the office is allowed and it is ordered that in paragraph No.7 of the order dated 26-04-2019 in M.Cr.C. No.9997 of 2018 instead of word 'rejected' it should be read as 'allowed' hereinafter. 3.

Copy of this order be made part of M.Cr.C. No.9997 of 2018. 4.

The petition stands disposed off.
