1. In application for grant of maintenance filed by the petitioner against her husband, the respondent herein, the Family Court by its impugned order granted amount of interim maintenance against which this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed seeking enhancement of the amount under maintenance. However, the main proceeding for maintenance is pending consideration since 19-3-2013.

2. After hearing learned counsel for the parties, I deem it expedient to direct the Family Court, Bilaspur to consider and dispose of the main proceeding for maintenance within a period of four months form the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing both the parties. Ordered accordingly.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the amount of

W.P.(Art. 227)No.968/2015 interim maintenance is not being paid to the petitioner.

4. The petitioner is at liberty to make application before the Family Court, in accordance with law.

5. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
