Shri Sudhir Bajpai, Advocate for the respondents. At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to avail the remedy by approaching the authorities in the office of respondent No.1 for redressal of their grievances. A request has also been made by the petitioners to direct the authorities concerned to consider the case of the petitioners sympathetically.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, in case if the petitioners pursue their remedy with the officers of respondent No.1, it is expected that the respondent concerned shall take a decision on the same as expeditiously as possible.

It is made clear that this court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
