1. The matter pertains to non-issuance of TDS certificate in favour of the petitioner to certify the deduction of amount from the compensation amount paid to him in lieu of acquisition of his land for Kelo Project.

2. Learned State counsel would submit, on instructions, that after deduction of the amount under the TDS in the year 2012 the certificate could not be issued to the petitioner, however, the same shall be issued within a week from today.

3. In view of the statement made, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. If the undertaking is not complied with, the petitioner would be at liberty to draw appropriate proceedings before this Court.
