Sam Koshy Order On Board 16.05.2018 The limited grievance which the petitioner has raised in the present writ petition is that though he retired from service on 31.07.2016 i.e. almost two years having been passed, he has not been paid pension and retiral dues which he is otherwise entitled for.

Considering the grievance of the petitioner, this Court does not intend to keep the petition pending, rather ends of justice would meet if a direction
is given to respondents 3 & 4 to immediately process the claim of the petitioner so far as release of pensionary benefits are concerned and the petitioner be granted the same forthwith without any delay. The petitioner would also be entitled for interest on the said delayed payment till the actual payment is made.

With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands allowed and disposed of.
