Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 04/01/2017 (1) Heard on application for withdrawal of the writ petitions. (2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach before the Chhattisgarh Co-operative Tribunal.

(3) On due consideration, the application is allowed. Counsel for the petitioners is permitted to withdraw this petition with the liberty as aforesaid. He is also at liberty to move application for condonation of delay stating the writ petition is pending before this Court since 10.03.2016. (4) Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid.
