At the instance of the petitioner, F.I.R. has been registered on 4.9.2015 by jurisdictional police for offence under Section 376 of the IPC and prayer is that offence is not being investigated. 2.

Be that at it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make a representation to the Superintendent of Police, Surajpur. If the petitioner makes a representation, the Superintendent of Police, Surajpur, will see and take appropriate steps in accordance with law. 3.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of.
