1. PUD has been received from Special Court of NDPS. Act, Bastar at Jagdalpur, (C.G). it is prayed that by order dated 10.01.2018 order passed by this Court in Cr.M.P. No. 28/2018, the direction had been given to dispose of the case within the period of three months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order and the time has lapsed, hence, it is prayed that extension of one month may be granted for dispose of the matter finally.
2. Considering the submission made in the PUD, the prayer is allowed and extension of one month time is granted for disposing of the case.
3. The extension shall become effective from the date of receipt of this order of this Court.
