1. Heard.
2. In a suit filed by the plaintiff/petitioner, he has also filed an application under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 of the C.P.C for grant of temporary injunction which was rejected by the trial court and which has been upheld by the Misc. Appellate Court against which this writ petition has been preferred.
3. I have heard learned counsel for the parties.
4. This Court by order dated 16.05.2018 passed the following interim order :- "Considering the documents, it is directed that till the next date of hearing the parties shall maintain status quo in respect of the suit property"
5. Considering the fact that suit is pending for consideration since 19.05.2017 and there is no substantial progress in the trial, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude it within a period of
6 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and till then, interim order granted on 16.05.2018 shall remain in operation.
6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition stands finally disposed off. A copy of this order be sent to the concerned trial Court directly and through E-mail and Fax.
