2. This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicants, who have been arrested in connection with Crime No.242/2021 registered at Police Station City Kotwali, District Mungeli for the

MCRC No. 4479 of 2021 offence punishable under Sections 420, 468, 34 of the IPC.

3. In view of registration of several cases of similar nature against the present applicants, learned counsel for the applicants seek permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to revive the prayer at an appropriate stage.
