In this petition, grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has preferred an appeal before the respondent No.2 and the same has remained pending even after expiry of 90 days, within which, the petitioner's appeal ought to be decided as per the Section 5 of the Chhattisgarh Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes (Regulation of Social Status Certification) Act, 2013. 3.

Considering the limited nature of grievance, the appellate authority is directed to decide the appeal of the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if possible.
