Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the Lokpal has passed an award and the matter has been referred to the State Government for execution of award, for which the petitioner has made several representations to the State Government but the same has not been considered and decided by the State Government. 2.

Be that as it may, the State Government is directed to take decision on the petitioner's representation relating to execution of award expeditiously in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
