1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that order dated 26.5.2006 has been passed by the State Government directing the Managing Director of the Chhattisgarh State Civil Supplies Corporation to reconsider the case of the petitioner for promotion, but that has not been considered by the Corporation.

2. Be that as it may, respondent No.2/Chhattisgarh State Civil Supplies Corporation is directed to comply with the order dated 26.5.2006 passed by the State Government (if not already complied with) within three weeks from the date of receipt of a

copy of this order.

3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed off. No cost(s).
