Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicants want to withdraw these
bail applications. However, they submit that a direction may be given to the trial Court that in the event of surrender of the applicants before the said Court and filing of regular bail applications on their behalf, the said Court shall decide the bail application as early as possible preferably on the date of its filing.
