(2) This is fourth bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.81/2015 registered at Police Station Jarhagaon, District Mungeli, for the offence punishable under Sections 498(A) and 306 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

(3) The applicant's first, second & third bail applications were dismissed on merit by order of this Court dated 23.09.2015, 16.06.2016 & 08.07.2016 passed in M.Cr.C. No.5085/2015, M.Cr.C.

No.3127/2016 & M.Cr.C. No.4145/2016, respectively. (4) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties and taking into consideration the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case and nature and gravity of offence, I do not consider it a fit case to entertain the fourth bail application. Consequently, the fourth bail application is rejected.
