1. Heard on application for modification of the order dated 26.04.2018 passed in WP 227 No.369/2018.

2. It has been stated that prayer was made for granting liberty for filing civil suit at the time of withdrawal of the petition bearing WP227 369/2018 under

Article 227 of the Constitution of India. It is also contended that since that liberty has not been observed in the order dated 26.04.2018, therefore, the petitioner may be given liberty to file the appropriate civil suit.

3. After due consideration, taking into the fact that the liberty has been sought for filing the civil suit, the order dated 26.04.2018 is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall be at liberty to file the appropriate civil suit, if so advised.
