1. Counsel for the applicant submits that respondent on instruction has submitted his reply, along with the reply, they have filed Annexure R/5 dated 11.04.2019 whereby the representation which the petitioner had filed stands decided.

2. In view of the fact that respondent has decided the representation as directed by this Court, this Court is of the opinion that the order stands complied with. In case, if the respondent is aggrieved of the same, they would be at liberty to challenge by way of a fresh proceedings, as the veracity of that order can not be tested under the contempt jurisdiction particularly when we had only directed to respondent to take a decision on the representation of the petitioner.
