1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.247/2020 registered in Police Station : Dharamjaigarh, District Raigarh for offence under Section 363, 364 (A) of the IPC.

2. The applicant along with co-accused Arun Toppo and Vikas Tirki have kidnapped the victim Rahul, aged about 10 years and demanded ransom of Rs.10 lakhs from the victim's father.

3. Considering that the applicant has been identified by the victim and for the fact that the bail application of co-accused Vikas Tirki has been

MCRC No. 4489 of 2021 dismissed as withdrawn in MCRC No.5464/2021, I am not inclined to release the applicant on bail at this stage. Accordingly, the application is rejected reserving liberty in favour of the applicant to revive the prayer after examination of the victim and his father.
