Proceeding Through Video Conferencing Hon'ble Shri Prashant Kumar Mishra, Ag CJ Order On Board /08/2021 :

1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.462/2021 registered in Police Station Kotwali, District Korba for offence under Section 20 (B) of the NDPS Act.

2. The applicant along with co-accused Lucky Jaiswal and Vikki Tiwari were found in joint illicit possession of 3 kg of Ganja when they were travelling on a motorcycle on 30.5.2021.

3. Admittedly, co-accused Lucky Jaiswal and Vikki Tiwari have been allowed regular bail in MCRC Nos.4448/21 & 4686/21 respectively.

4. Considering that the applicant is in jail since 31.5.2021 and the coaccused persons have been released on bail, I am inclined to release the applicant on bail.

5. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the applicant is directed to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. He is directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
