(2) This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.84/2014 registered at Police Station Chaal, District Raigarh, for the offence punishable under Sections 279, 337, 304 of the Indian Penal Code. (3) The applicant's first bail application was dismissed as withdrawn by order of this Court dated 23.02.2015 passed in

M.Cr.C. No.7047/2014. The further proceeding of the trial has been stayed by this Court in the petition filed by the applicant. (4) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties, I do not find any new good ground or any change in the circumstances of the case to entertain this second bail application. Consequently, the second bail application is rejected. (5) Certified copy as per rules.
