1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in earlier round of litigation, by an order passed in WPC No. 2172/2018 on 25.09.2018, this Court had directed to release the saw cutter machine belonging to the petitioner. Pursuant to that, the saw cutter machine was released. It is stated thereafter, however, the license is not being renewed despite the application was filed. It is also contended that some wooden logs which were seized, are not being released. He further submits that the representation has been filed which is pending for consideration before the Respondent No. 4 and the said representation may be directed to be decided at the earliest so as to know the fate of the petitioner.
2. Considering the limited prayer made, the Respondent No. 4 is directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 02.03.2019 (Annexure P/4) by a reasoned order within a period of 60 days from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
