1. Proceedings of this matter have been taken up through video conferencing.

2. This is second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested on

01.05.2020 in connection with Crime No.74/2020 registered at Police Station Vishrampur, District Surajpur, C.G. for the offence punishable under Section 21(C) of Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act.

3. First bail application was rejected on 08.10.2020.

4. After hearing learned counsel for the applicant at length, I do not find any good ground or change in circumstance to entertain this second bail application.

Accordingly, second bail application is also rejected. However, the concerned Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously.
