1. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this criminal miscellaneous petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. with liberty to file afresh with additional documents and additional material.

2. Prayer of the petitioner is fair and reasonable. Liberty is granted, as prayed for.

3. Accordingly, the criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.

4. Certified copy of the impugned order (Annexure A-1) be returned after furnishing attested copy thereof.
