Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has made an objection before the respondent authority against grant of food license in favour of respondent No. 4 which is pending consideration since the year 2016 and has not been decided till date. 2.

Be that as it may, the Collector, Raigarh is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's said objection expeditiously.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
