1. Heard.

2. The grievance of the petitioner ventilated through this writ petition is that the petitioner is entitled to seniority on the post of Shiksha Karmi Grade-I from his initial date of appointment in view of the decision of this Court in Writ Appeal No.32 of 2015 and batch of appeals, decided

vide order dated 9.12.2015 and the circular issued by the State Government in compliance of order of this Court on 23rd April, 2016.

3. I find that the petitioner has filed this writ petition without approaching the Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, Janjgir-Champa claiming seniority on the aforesaid basis.

4. In view of the matter, the present writ petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to prefer a representation before respondent No.3, who shall take a decision on the petitioner's claim.

5. If the petitioner is not satisfied, he will have a remedy of filing appeal/revision under the Chhattisgarh Panchayat (Appeal & Revision) Rules, 1995.
