(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has suspended vide order dated 09.12.2016 passed by respondent No.3 i.e. Collector, District South Bastar Dantewada against which this writ petition has been filed by the petitioner.

(3) Learned counsel appearing for the State/respondents

submits that the impugned order dated 09.12.2016 is appealable before the Commissioner of Revenue Division.

(4) Since the petitioner has remedy to file an appeal before the Commissioner of Revenue Division against the order of suspension, therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain the instant writ petition. Accordingly, it is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file an appeal before the appellate authority to raise all the grounds of this petition in the appeal. Sd/- (Sanjay K.
