This is an application for extension of time to comply with the order dated 05.02.2016 passed in WPS No. 6315 of 2011. 2.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the application (MCC) is allowed and the time to comply with the order is extended upto 30th April, 2017.

It is made clear that no further extension shall be granted and in case, the order is not complied with, then action shall be taken against the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation.
