The counsel for the petitioner submits that in respect of the fact the there was an interim protection granted in his favour vide order dated 02.03.2015, the petitioner has down the line voluntarily accepted the compensation that has been awarded in respect of the land belonging to the petitioner, which has been acquired by the respondents.

In view of the fact that the petitioner has voluntarily accepted compensation, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed and the writ petition accordingly stands disposed-off as having become infructuous.
