Mr. Kale, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that though the petitioner has been given 3rd higher pay scale, but the increments have not been paid, whereas his juniors namely Prayagdutt Patel and Shiv Lakhan Prasad are getting the same, as such the petitioner is also entitled to the equal pay as is being paid to his juniors. The petitioner has made

representation/legal notice to the respondent authorities in this regard, but the same has been rejected. Therefore, the respondent authorities may be directed to consider and decide the case of the petitioner for the aforesaid claim.

Mr. Nair, learned counsel for the respondents, would submit that if the petitioner makes a fresh representation raising his grievance, the same will be considered and decided within reasonable time.

Be that as it may, if the petitioner makes a fresh representation to the respondent authorities highlighting his all grievances within 4 weeks from today, the respondent authorities are directed to consider and decide the petitioner's representation on merits by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within next 4 weeks.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No order as to cost (s).
