1. Shri Ramprasad Aachla, Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue), Berla, District Bemetara is present in the Court.

2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the order (Annexure-P/1) passed by the SDO (Revenue) Berla, suspending the operation of the fair price shop run by the petitioner.

3. There being no interim order in this writ petition and about 8 months' time having elapsed after the impugned order is passed, ends of justice would be served if the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the SDO

(Revenue), Berla to complete the enquiry against the petitioner and pass final order in the matter in accordance with the provisions of the Chhattisgarh Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016 within a period of 6 weeks from today.
