Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 2 7 /0 1 /201 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that application of the petitioner, who was retired on 30.4.2013, for nomination of his wife in the service record is pending consideration before respondent No. 3Joint Director, Directorate of Veterinary Services and therefore, the respondent No. 3 may be directed to decide the same expeditiously. To which, counsel for the State has no objection.
(2) Be that as it may, respondents No. 3 is directed to decide the petitioner's application for nomination of his wife in the service record expeditiously preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order in accordance with law.
(3) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
