1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.240/2020 registered in Police Station Lailunga, District Raigarh for offence under Section 307, 366, 376, 394, 34 of the IPC.

2. At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to revive the prayer after examination of material witnesses including the prosecutrix.

3. Accordingly, the Application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
