The State counsel enters appearance and brought on record an order dated 14/06/2018 passed by the Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue), Kondagaon (C.G.) wherein the enquiry initiated against the petitioner so far as the veracity of caste certificate is concerned has since been dropped. 2.

In view of the same, nothing further remains to be adjudicated upon in the present Writ Petition.
