Mr. C.J.K. Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that the impugned

order dated 17.07.2012 (Annexure-P/3) has already been cancelled by the respondent authorities vide order dated 03.08.2013, which is annexed as Annexure-R-1/1 in the return duly supported by the affidavit, as such no cause of action survives for consideration.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to cost (s).
