1. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as of now the writ petition may be disposed of permitting the petitioner to make a fresh representation to the respondents for ventilating his grievance for grant of regular appointment from the date

of his initial appointment under the contingency establishment in 1995.

2. Prayer is allowed. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the petitioner to represent before the authorities ventilating his grievance if rule so permits. Subject to the petitioner making a representation, the authorities concerned may take a decision on the same in accordance with the rules & regulations and the policies governing the field at that point of time, at the earliest.
