Request letter has been received from the Court of 6th Additional District Judge, Durg (C.G.) praying for extension of time to dispose of Civil Suit No. 83B/2015, Niladri Shah v. Smt. Rakshita Mehta & Others, pending before that Court. This Court, while disposing WP (227) No. 917/2019 on 17/12/2019 and MCC No. 02/2021 on 08/01/2021, had directed the trial Court to dispose of the case mentioned hereinabove within the time frame.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the request letter for delay in

Page No.2 deciding the case, I feel inclined to grant extension of time as prayed for. A further extension of 6 months is granted to the trial Court to dispose of the case mentioned hereinabove.

Accordingly, the MCC stands disposed of.
