The applicant has preferred this third bail application under Section 439 of CrPC, as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.08/2017, registered at Police Station Chirmiri, District Koriya (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Section 306 of IPC.

After going through the previous bail rejection orders, this Court is not inclined to take any different view of the matter, therefore, the bail application is rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to issue warrant of arrest against all the remaining witnesses, who have failed to appear before the trial Court despite issuance of summons on earlier occasions. The trial Court shall send the compliance report and further progress of the trial to this Court and the trial shall be fixed twice in each month from 1st of July, 2018.
