This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.21/2020 registered at Police Station AJAK, Baikunthpur District Koriya (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 354, 354(B), 34 of the IPC, Section 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act and Section 3(1) (w) (i) of the Scheduled Castes

MCRC No. 4448 of 2020 and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (in short "the Act, 1989").

3. Learned counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of the bail application with liberty to prefer a duly constituted appeal under Section 14A of the Act, 1989.

4. The prayer is allowed.
