It is not disputed by the learned counsel for the parties that the issue involved in the present writ petition is covered under a decision rendered by the Coordinate Bench in bunch of writ petitions bearing WPT No.7503/2010 (Arasmeta Captive Power Company Pvt. Limited vs State of Chhatisgarh and others) and other connected matters, decided on 18.11.2016. 2.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is also disposed of in terms of Arasmeta (supra).

Needless to say, any time limit fixed by this Court in Arasmeta (supra) shall commence, in respect of the present petitioner, from today.
