1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order of the appointment being issued to the respondent No.3.

2. Perusal of the record shows that the order of appointment of respondent No.3 was issued only on 23.04.2018 and thereafter it does not appear that the petitioner has raised an objection or made a representation to any of the higher authority in the department raising her grievance.

3. Without any objection/representation being exhausted before the higher authority in the department, the writ petition directly being filed before this High Court may not be sustainable.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner that if he so chooses, he may file an objection before

the respondent No.2 or any other higher authorities in the department within a period of two weeks from today and on such objection being filed, the authorities concerned would be required to deal with the objection so raised by the petitioner and pass a reasoned/speaking order.

5. The writ petition stands disposed off.
