Parties have filed a compromise petition. The terms are just. We hereby record the compromise and pass an award in terms of compromise, and order that respondent No. 3FI'he Bajaj Alliance General Insurance Company Ltd. shall pay the m claimant/appellant an additional sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) by way of compensation within a peric'Jd-ot 60'days from today, failing which interest @ 6% per annum shall be payable on the additional amount till its realization. This enhanced amount shall be deposited by the Insurance Company before the :3 concerned Claims Tribunal within the aforesaid period.

On such deposit being :3 made, the Claims Tribunal shall disburse the same to the claimant/appellant through their bank account. Other conditions imposed by the Claims Tribunal will remain intact.

A copy of the docket (compromise arrived at between the parties) be sent to the Claims Tribunal along with its record, if any, and a copy of the award passed today, forthwith.
