(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made representation before respondent No.3 i.e. Superintendence, Govt. Blind School, Mathpuraina, Raipur for payment of salary from June, 2016 to September, 2016, but till this date, no decision has been taken by the said authority and therefore, direction may be issued to the appellate authority to decide the same expeditiously.

(3) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(4) In view of above, Respondents No.1 & 2 are directed to consider and take a decision on the pending representation of the petitioner for payment of salary in accordance with law preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order. (5) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
