The limited prayer that the petitioner makes is for an appropriate direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dealing with anomaly of the pay-scale, which the petitioner is drawing.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the respondents shall be deciding the representation on its own merits in accordance with the law governing the field.

With the said submissions made by the counsel for the parties, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondents No. 2 to 4 to take an appropriate decision on the representation of the

petitioner, so far as the anomaly of the pay-scale given to the petitioner in accordance with the Rules governing the field at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
